The bot is programmed to create trading orders, open and close orders, and analyze the user's requirements so that the user can achieve their purpose without having to check the trading situation in real-time. An AI CEX Trading bot will be utilised by the project's treasury, executing trades on multiple centralized exchanges. Stakers are intoduced to an alternative source of passive income through this strategy. The bot opens leverage trading positions on different centralized exchanges and 60% of profit accumulated is distributed to $IT stakers. The remaining 40% is used to amplify the trading position of the bot.
The liquidity pool on the platform is essentially a pool of funds provided by users, developers, and liquidity providers. This pool of funds is used to facilitate trading on the platform and to ensure that there is enough liquidity available for users to enter and exit trades with ease.
Users who provide funds to the liquidity pool are called liquidity providers. They are incentivized to provide liquidity to the pool through staking. Perpetual Expiry is a feature of our trading platform that allows users to hold positions for an indefinite period of time. This means that users are not bound by any expiry date and can close their positions whenever they want. This feature provides users with more flexibility and control over their trading decisions and strategies.
The maximum leverage of 20x means that users can borrow up to 20 times their initial margin amount to place trades. This leverage allows users to increase the potential profits from a trade but also increases the potential losses. For example, if a user has $1000 in their trading account and they use the maximum leverage of 20x, they can trade up to $20,000 worth of assets.
The initial margin requirement of 5% means that users need to have at least 5% of the total value of the position they want to open in their trading account. For example, if a user wants to open a position worth $10,000, they need to have at least $500 in their account as an initial margin.
The maintenance margin requirement of 3% means that users need to maintain a minimum level of funds in their trading account to keep their position open. If the value of the position falls and the user's account balance goes below the maintenance margin level, they will receive a margin call to add funds to their account. If they fail to add funds, the position will be automatically closed to prevent further losses.
Overall, the combination of perpetual expiry, maximum leverage, and margin requirements provides users with a range of options and flexibility to trade on their own terms while managing the risks associated with leverage trading.
Copytrading is a method of trading in which a trader (also known as a "follower") copies the trades of another trader (also known as a "leader") in real-time. In this case, the leader is a user who has set up a copytrading account and is executing successful leverage trades on the platform. The follower, on the other hand, is a user who wishes to replicate the leader's trading strategy and gain profits without needing to have the same level of expertise or experience.
When a follower copies the trades of a leader, they will automatically execute the same trades as the leader in real-time, based on the same leverage and risk settings as the leader's trades. The follower can choose to copy the trades of multiple leaders if they wish, and they can adjust the amount of funds they allocate to each leader.
In exchange for the ability to copy the leader's trades, the follower pays a percentage fee to the leader. This fee is typically a small percentage of the profits earned from the copied trades, such as 5% or 10%. The fee is automatically deducted from the follower's profits, so the leader doesn't need to worry about collecting payments or managing fees.
